Let's Encrypt has resolved the underlying issue and validations are succeeding. New certificate provisioning for Entri Power and Entri Secure is operating normally. Existing domains were not affected at any point.
Investigating
Our certificate provider, Let's Encrypt, is investigating elevated Domain Control Validation failure rates. This can delay or prevent new SSL certificates from being issued for Entri Power and Entri Secure. Domains with certificates already in place are not affected and continue to serve traffic normally. We are tracking the upstream status closely and will post an update as soon as we know more.
