The issue affecting new domain provisioning and SSL certificate issuance for Power and Secure has been resolved. The incident was caused by degraded API performance from our certificate authority provider, Let's Encrypt, which has now been fully restored. We are currently experiencing delays in new domain provisioning and SSL certificate issuance for Power and Secure due to degraded performance from our certificate authority provider, Let's Encrypt. Existing domains, active SSL certificates, and already provisioned services are not affected.
This issue only impacts new domain onboarding and new certificate provisioning requests. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available
